At Zoftor, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage applicable to both digital software licenses and physical computer accessories purchased through our platform.
1. Digital Products (Software Licenses)
Zoftor provides a Lifetime Activation Guarantee for all eligible digital license keys.
Coverage
- Digital keys are guaranteed to be authentic
- Keys will successfully activate the intended software through official activation portals (e.g., setup.office.com)
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Hardware incompatibility with the software
- Conflicts caused by third-party software
- Loss of login credentials or access to the account associated with the key
Resolution
If a digital key fails to activate or becomes deactivated through no fault of your own, our support team will verify the issue and provide a replacement key at no additional cost.
2. Physical Products (Computer Accessories)
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all physical computer accessories include a Limited 90-Day Warranty from the date of delivery.
Coverage
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues occurring under normal, intended use during the warranty period
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or acts of nature (“acts of God”)
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., frayed cables from extended use)
- Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Items returned without valid proof of purchase
Resolution
During the warranty period, Zoftor will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product or defective component
at no additional charge if the defect is confirmed.
3. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Some physical products may include an additional manufacturer-backed warranty.
- If your product is outside Zoftor’s 90-day warranty window, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.
- Zoftor is happy to assist in locating manufacturer warranty information when available.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact support@zoftor.com and include the following information:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect (required for physical products)
Our support team will review your request and respond with next steps.
