1. Digital Products Delivery

This section applies to all software licenses and digital goods. Processing Time: Digital products are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery Requirements: Delivery occurs immediately once payment is successfully completed and verified. Troubleshooting: If you do not receive your digital product within 10 minutes of purchase:
  • Check your Spam or Junk email folders
  • If still not found, contact support@zoftor.com with your order number

2. Physical Products Shipping

We aim to dispatch physical orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) on business days are dispatched the same day. Late or Non-Business Orders: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST), or on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day. Shipping Carriers: We ship using trusted carriers such as:
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
Carrier selection is based on destination and service availability.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
  • United States (Domestic): Typically 2–5 business days
  • International Orders: Typically 7–21 business days, subject to destination and customs clearance

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zoftor is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international shipments. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may include tariffs, VAT, or import taxes.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Zoftor is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • Retain all original packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim
