1. 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days:
  • From the date of purchase for digital products
  • From the date of delivery for physical products
After the 30-day period has expired, all sales are final.

2. Digital Products (Software Codes)

Due to the nature of digital software licenses, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds

  • Defective or Non-Functional Codes: If a digital code is defective upon delivery, we will issue a replacement or full refund after verification.
  • Unused Codes (Change of Mind): Refunds are permitted only if the code has not been used, redeemed, or activated.

Non-Refundable

  • Used or Activated Codes: No refunds will be issued for codes that have already been activated, redeemed, or used. All digital codes are verified prior to refund approval.

3. Physical Products

To ensure product integrity, physical returns must meet the following requirements: Condition:
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
Packaging:
  • Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging
Excluded Items:
  • Products that are broken, damaged, or show signs of use after delivery are not eligible for return
Proof of Purchase:
  • A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns

4. Return & Refund Process

Step 1 – Initiate Request: Contact support@zoftor.com with your order number and:
  • Photos of the item (for physical products), or
  • Code details (for digital products)
Step 2 – Inspection & Verification:
  • Physical Products: Items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be denied if the item is used or damaged.
  • Digital Products: Activation status of the software code is verified.
Step 3 – Approval or Rejection: You will be notified by email once your refund request has been reviewed. Step 4 – Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping (Physical Products)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zoftor is not responsible for lost return shipments
